All goods sold are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We strive to provide you a hassle-free purchasing experience. Should an error occur or an item be received in unsatisfactory condition for the reasons below, we would offer you an exchange:
- Incorrect order received; or
- Defective item(s) received; or
- Change of size: NO EXCHANGE ALLOWED unless due to our delivery error. Please take correct measurement according to size chart. Should you have any questions on sizing, kindly contact our support team on 016-2428410 for assistance.
- Upon receipt of your returned goods, we will process your exchange within 7 days.
- All goods must be returned, along with its packaging box and user manual (where applicable), unused and in its original condition.
- Return postage will be borne by customers.
- In the event of phased out or out of stock items, we reserve the right to issue a refund or to replace with product with equivalent value.
